Prices are valid through January 1, 2025, or unless otherwise published in print or on our website. We reserve the right to substitute accommodations, transportation, and/or itineraries when we deem them necessary or advisable.
Payment Schedule to Guarantee Space:
To Secure your space, a $2025 Deposit per person & $99 (Non-Refundable Credit Card Fee is in addition to the tour cost). You can also Zelle your deposit in order to not have credit card fees. Contact us for details at [email protected].
On September 1 (the year prior to the tour), a $5000 payment is due. Payment must be by check or Zelle.
On December 1 (the year prior to the tour), the Final Balance is due. Failure to pay may result in loss of space, as we are very limited in the number of spaces available.

It is HIGHLY recommended that you purchase travel insurance for your trip.
Standard Refund Policy
- 150 days prior to departure: 100% will be refunded, less the $850.00 cancellation fee.
- 149 to 90 days prior to departure: 70% will be refunded and receive a $250 Travel Credit*.
- 89 days or Less prior to departure: 50% will be refunded as a Travel Credit*.

Any applicable refunds are paid 30 days after receiving written notice of your cancellation. If you need to switch your tour up to 120 days prior to departure, your tour monies will be transferred less a $50.00 transfer fee.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY or MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN If you have an emergency or breakdown during your tour that prevents you from continuing, you may receive a credit toward a future tour, less any non-refundable expenses incurred by Excursion Inc. on your behalf.
For Spring and Summer:
Price Guarantee: Once you make your deposit, your price is locked! If our suppliers increase their prices, you will not be stuck with an additional cost for your trip, except for fuel surcharges. Be careful of companies that reserve the right to raise their price after you make your initial reservation.
