Terms and Conditions

Price Guarantee: Once you make your deposit, your price is locked! If our suppliers increase their prices, you will not be stuck with an additional cost for your trip. Be careful of companies who reserve the right to raise their price after you make your initial reservation.

PRICES VALID THROUGH October 1, 2019 or unless otherwise published in print, or on our website. We reserve the right to substitute accommodations, transportation and/or itineraries when we deem it necessary or advisable.

PAYMENT A tour deposit of $2,000 and the $99.00 non-refundable booking fee confirms your reservation. Many guests take advantage of our interest free E-Z monthly payment plan, call for details at 407-625-6025.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE to Guarantee Space:

Spring Tours

On or Before December 31 (year prior to tour) $2000 Deposit & $99 Non Refundable Fee

On January 1st (year of tour) a total of $4099 ($2000 original Deposit, $99 Non Refundable fee, $2000 payment) 

On March 1st (year of tour) Final Balance is Due-Failure to pay may result in loss of space as we are very limited on the number of spaces available.

Summer Tours

On or Before January 30th (year of tour) $2000 Deposit & $99 Non Refundable Fee

On February 1st (year of tour) a total of $4099 ($2000 original Deposit, $99 Non Refundable fee, $2000 payment) 

On April 1st (year of tour) Final Balance is Due-Failure to pay may result in loss of space as we are very limited on the number of spaces available.

MEDICAL EMERGENCY or MECHANICAL BREAKDOWNIf you have an emergency or breakdown during your tour that prevents you from continuing, you may receive a credit toward a future tour less any non-refundable expenses incurred by Excursion Inc. on your behalf.

STANDARD REFUND POLICY

  • 150 days prior to departure: 100% will be refunded less $350.00 cancellation fee.
  • 149 to 90 days prior to departure: 90% will be refunded and receive a $250 Travel Credit*.
  • 89 to 50 days prior to departure: 85% will be refunded and receive a $250 Travel Credit*.
  • 49 days or Less prior to departure: 70% will be refunded and $250 Travel Credit*.

CANCELLATIONSShould you have the need to cancel, please call 407-625-6025.  Additionally, a written notice is required by e-mail or US Post.

Any applicable refunds are paid 30 days after receiving written notice of your cancellation.If you need to switch your tour up to 120 days prior to departure, your tour monies will be transferred less a $50.00 transfer fee.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMERYou must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any medical, physical, or other condition, which may require professional attention during a vacation or may require the use of special equipment. 

Certain itineraries and trips are not scooter or wheelchair accessible and some tours may include travel in altitudes of up to 8,000 feet. Excursion Inc. reserves the right to decline any trip participant who, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants. 

*Travel Credits can be applied to any future Excursion Inc tours booked and can be transferred.
