So you are interested in taking your RV to Alaska and the thought of going with a small group led by a couple who have spent the last nine summers in Alaska scouting out the best places to eat, fish, hike, explore, tour, sleep… sounds like a smart plan. So now you are at the important part, how much $$$. This is where it helps for me to explain what you are seeing below so you understand what you are getting for your money. We are a small, boutique styled tour company. We do not believe in the cookie cutter approach to visiting Alaska so when we put together pricing we wanted to have a foundation of different adventure levels but we didn’t stop there. The pricing you see below is our starting point ,once a couple/person signs up then the fun stuff begins. We will reach out to you to go over what types of activities you enjoy. We will then customize the trip to fit you. For example: the Bronze level is our budget friendly level that has over $4,100 in high end tours with gratuities built into it. It is a great level for someone who really wants to see Alaska but who either needs to stay on a budget or who wants to build a very customized trip as it has the most free days of the three. On the other hand the Gold level trip with over $10,800 of included high end is the “I’m only planning on going once and don’t want to miss anything” level yet it also has enough free days to add additional trips. We will work with you at each stop to make sure that for all of the fun you will have, you will still have some down time to relax and do laundry. We will also take out any tours that do not interest you so that you don’t pay for something that you don’t want to do.
The base price before any tours is $16,125 and includes some meals, all campgrounds, the wagon master and tail gunner, planning, expertise on things to do at each stop, concierge service at each stop, pet walking on longer tour days, local knowledge of the drives and not to be missed places for the trip, top of the line radios for each RV, satellite phones at both ends, starlink internet service, and many more items that help make the trip be stress free. We could charge less like our competitors if we took more RV's but feel that having fewer RV's allows our guest a more personalized and unique trip that more then makes it worth the little bit more.
We have three levels with tours below to help get you started but that is only the beginning of making this YOUR trip to Alaska.
Thank you for your interest in our caravan. We are accepting reservations for 2024 Spring (6 spaces) & Summer (Waitlist). Spring Tour May 18th-July 18th OR Summer Tour July 20th-September 19th. 2025 is now open for reservations.
Bronze Level is filled with some great tours but also has plenty of free days to fill with optional tours. This tour allows you to build to match your budget but does includes over $4,100 in tours (2024) and $4,500 in tours (2025).
The following tours are included in the price:
Riverboat Tour
Experience stepping back in time when you step on

Up Close Bear Encounters
One of the most memorable and unique Alaska experience is when you walk with the bears. This is not a zoo, you are in their house but they don’t mind. You will board a plane in Homer and fly over to one of two areas depending on weather. On the way you will get to see the beauty of Alaska from the air. Once you land you will split up into small groups and walk out to where the bears are grazing while learning more about them. This is such an amazing experience with a perfect safety record.
Sea Life Center Tour with Behind the Scenes Tour
While small this center has a very important function, they take in any injured marine or birds in Alaska. You will be able to see those that due to injury or circumstance were not able to be reintroduced to the wild. You will get to choose between three behind the scene tours: Puffin Encounter, Mammal Encounter, or Octopus Encounter for a bit more of a up close and personal tour.
Halibut & Rock Fish Trip
Fishing in Alaska is a one of a kind experience. It is not unusual to have humpback whales surfacing just 20 feet away as you pull in a giant halibut. This trip is great for those who have never fished as we go out with boats that have indoor plumbing, warm/dry cabins, and great crew. For those that have fished you can go for the monster catch. Once you get to shore they will help you get your fished fillet and frozen, ready for the freezer, or ship it home.
